Refunds are not provided and all monthly fees must be kept current to maintain enrollment. Failure to pay fees will result in removal from classes and forfeiture of the reserved spot, as class spaces are limited and cannot be held without payment.
Refunds are also not provided for missed classes. It is the responsibility of the client to attend their respective classes.
Members who wish to discontinue their participation must provide written notice at least one month in advance by email at achbalprogram@gmail.com. Once a member discontinues, their spot will not be guaranteed due to limited availability. If they wish to return, they are welcomed to re-register and wait when an available spot opens.
Tutoring Program:
Tutoring fees may be paid in blocks of 4 or 8 classes, or through a monthly payment option. All payments must be submitted before the first scheduled class. Fees are non‑refundable.
If a student arrives late, the session will not be extended beyond the scheduled end time.
Parents must notify Achbal Learning before 12:00 PM on the day of the session to cancel a class. A class will only be rescheduled or refunded in the event of an emergency (such as medical emergency situation). Determination of whether the class should be refunded is decided solely by Achbal Learning. Cancellations that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded.
While we are committed to delivering high‑quality educational support (as reflected in our testimonials), Achbal Learning does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, or performance results, as these depend on multiple factors beyond instructional support.
Crochet Program:
Monthly payments are due at the beginning of each month. All fees are non‑refundable.
Families are responsible for purchasing the required materials. Students must bring all necessary materials to every class to ensure consistent progress and full participation.
Student progress is determined by the learner’s engagement, attendance, effort, and development over time. Achbal Learning supports growth through multiple projects and ongoing skill‑building, but each student’s advancement reflects their individual commitment and learning pace.
Arabic Reading Program:
Students must arrive by 5-10 minutes in advance, and parents/guardians must pick up their child promptly at the end time of the class.
Respectful behaviour is required at all times from both students and parents/guardians. Achbal Learning reserves the right to remove a student from the program if the conduct of the Student or Parent/Guardian is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or inconsistent with the standards of the program.
Parents are responsible for ensuring that all assigned homework is completed before the next class. A lack of collaboration or repeated failure to complete homework may result in removal from the program.
Consistent attendance is essential. Repeated absences will result in removal from the program.
Students must bring all required materials to every class (detailed in registration form). Failure to do so may impact learning and participation.
Students must wear appropriate clothing for their Arabic Reading classes.
In the event of an emergency, Achbal Learning may call an ambulance if deemed necessary. All ambulance transport costs are the responsibility of the client.

The recording, photographing, or filming of any members, students (especially minors) or staff is strictly prohibited without prior permission from the Achbal Learning administration. Permission must be obtained in advance for all classes, events, or activities, and may only be granted under specific conditions determined by Achbal Learning.
All members are required to demonstrate respect at all times—toward instructors, fellow students and visitors. This includes courteous language, disciplined behavior, and adherence to class etiquette. Any act of disrespect, whether verbal, physical, or online, will be treated as a serious violation of club standards and may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or permanent removal from Achbal Learning programs.
Achbal Learning maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment, threats, bullying, or any form of abusive behavior. Such actions are considered severe violations of our standards and will result in immediate and permanent removal from Achbal Learning programs, without refund.
Any member, parent, or affiliate who engages in actions intended to damage, defame, or misrepresent the business—including negative conduct in person, online, or through social media—will be subject to immediate disciplinary action. Such actions may result in suspension or permanent removal from our programs, at the sole discretion of Achbal Learning leadership.
Achbal Learning reserves the full right to suspend or permanently remove any member whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, unsafe, or in violation of our policies. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of misconduct, harassment, disruption of the teaching environment or failure to meet financial obligations such as timely payment of fees. Decisions regarding disciplinary action are at the sole discretion of the Achbal Learning's leadership and are final.
When a parent registers to a program that contains activities outside, such as our camps, they consent to their children participating in activities held outside (such as parks, etc..). Only specific field trips will require parents to sign a form to consent their child’s participation.
Achbal Learning reserves the right to contact emergency medical services, including calling an ambulance, if deemed necessary for the safety and well‑being of a student. All associated costs and fees for such services are the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian.
Achbal Learning maintains a safe learning environment and takes all reasonable precautions to minimize risks during its programs. While our activities are designed to be low‑injury and low‑risk, parents and guardians acknowledge that participation in any educational or physical program carries inherent risks. Achbal Learning, its instructors, staff and volunteers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during classes, transitions, or related activities. By enrolling in the program, parents/guardians accept full responsibility for their child’s participation.
